A Saturday night explosion in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City injured at least 29 people, one of them very seriously.
The explosion took place on 23rd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues.
Mayor de Blasio has confirmed that this is “an intentional attack.”
At 11 p.m. the police said onTwitter that a “possible secondary device” had been located at 27th Street between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue.
