Residential Properties Ltd. announced the sale of 95 Devin Drive, with The LaBonte Group representing the seller. According to State-Wide MLS data, the transaction marks the highest recorded sale in the Kings Grant neighborhood.
The brokerage said it has now been involved in the two highest residential sales in Portsmouth so far this year.
