A1 Roofing and Construction has entered into a deal with JAM Construction to purchase more than five acres, including a 1,425 sq/ft commercial building, on Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown according to sources close to the deal.
The commercial property was listed for $2 million by Hogan Associates. Kate Leonard of Lila Delman represented the buyer.
