Bar and Board Bistro, the new restaurant from Alex and Ani’s Carolyn Rafaelian, is looking to staff up for their July 2018 launch!
They are having a job fair on Tuesday, June 26th from 2pm to 6pm at their downtown location, 282 Thames Street.
Bartenders and Servers:
They are currently looking to hire bartenders, servers and barbacks/apprentices for both day and night shifts. Prospective bartenders and servers should have experience in fast paced, high-volume, fine dining as well as a firm grasp or at least interest in modern mixology. General knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine is a must for bartenders. TIPS certified. Barback/apprentice candidates should be hard working and reliable, with an ambition to learn and excel in the bar environment.
Staff:
They are currently seeking a passionate and motivated staff to join the BAR AND BOARD kitchen team.
Now hiring for all positions, including line cooks, support staff and dishwashers. Ideal candidates would have a strong culinary background and be enthusiastic about food and hospitality. Seeking professional employees with a strong work ethic.
A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a high volume, full service establishment is preferred, but will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
