Bill Bartholomew, the hardest working person in Rhode Island media has signed on with Rhode Island PBS to produce long-form hyper-local Rhode island stories. Bartholomew, the host of The Bartholomewtown Podcast and the frontman for the band Silverteeth, is taking Rhode island media and independent journalism by storm!
Bartholomew announced the move Wednesday in a post to his Facebook page.
The move was celebrated by the Rhode Island media community.
Some good media news for a change: @BillBartholomew has joined @rhodeislandpbs to produce long-form TV pieces for the new Rhode Island PBS Weekly series that is set to begin airing this autumn. In addition to independently produce his Bartholomewtown Podcast.
