Former Congressman Patrick Kennedy and his wife Amy welcomed a new baby girl, Nell Kennedy, into their family Sunday morning.
The Kennedy’s have two other daughters, Harper and Nora, and a son, Owen.
Kennedy represented Rhode Island’s 1st congressional district from 1995 until 2011 and now resides in Brigantine, New Jersey.
