So McDonald’s just announced that they’ll once again be serving lobster rolls for $8.99 this summer at locations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire.
Wait, what? Why would they serve them here, when we already have amazing lobster rolls everywhere??? They’d probably be better off selling these in Iowa or Nebraska. Wouldn’t that make more sense?
Who is their target customer, someone who thinks Red Lobster is a bit too upscale? All I know is that if you buy a lobster roll from McDonald’s, you should really start rethinking your life choices.
The internet doesn’t appear to be Team McLobster.
.@McDonalds After eating a McLobster is it normal to hear the damned whispers of Poseidon calling me into the sea?
