Humpback Whale Spotted Breaching In Narragansett Bay

North Kingstown Harbor Master Ed Hughes spotted a humpback whale breaching in Narragansett Bay on Monday.

The whale is reported to have breached at least 25 times before splashing around for a bit and swimming off.
