Alright folks we have a missing pug on the loose in the Kay Blvd area of Newport..
DO NOT CHASE. His name is Plato, he’s 14 years old, half deaf and blind. He has fawn fur (kind of cream and grey now). He has a plastic hip. Be on the lookout and report any sightings.
Our fugitive has been on the run for 6 hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of 24 miles. What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up every 30 miles miles.
