Alright folks we have a missing black lab on the loose from the Vernon Park area of Newport. DO NOT CHASE. Her name is Izzy, a Lab mix. She was out all night last night and is still missing. She has a tag with her phone number on it. Be on the lookout for this girl and help get her back home and safe.
Our fugitive has been on the run for more than 24 hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of 96 miles. What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up every 30 miles miles.
