Alright folks we have a lost pup on the loose. Sam is a shaggy terrier with a black collar who apparently likes beer and he’s been on the run since this morning from 3rd Street on near the rotary
So what I’m going to need from everyone in Newport and Middletown is to drop everything you’re doing at this exact moment and hit the streets looking!
Our fugitive has been on the run for 5 hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of 20 miles. What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at 30 miles miles.
