Newport Police ID Man Found Dead Off Of Goat Island Marina

Andrew KinzlerThe Newport Police department have released the ID of the body recovered from the water off of Goat Island last Thursday afternoon.

In a release, Newport Police have identified Andrew Kinzler, 76 years of age of Newport, Rhode Island.

Kinzler’s body was discovered at 12:06pm and recovered through a join effort between the U.S. Coast Guard, Newport Fire and Newport Police.

Foul play is not suspected.
