Police say that 34-year-old Ellynn Koelsch of North Kingston was killed Wednesday evening in a head on collision with a drunk driver who was traveling the wrong way on Interstate 89 in Lebanon, NH. Koelsch was pronounced dead at the scene and her four-year-old son was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The drunk driver, 38-year-old Daniel Cowdry of Heartland, VT, unfortunately only suffered minor injuries. He was charged with felony aggravated driving.
