Providence Police Chief Col. Hugh Clements said Tuesday that an arrest has been made in a shooting at Providence Place Mall on Monday.
Col. Clements told Gene Valicenti on WPRO that a 17-year-old Pawtucket resident was arrested.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening wounds to his leg and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he’s listed in stable condition. The shooting was not random according to the police.
