Barbara J. Lalli, 87, of Newport, RI passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 16, 2020. Daughter of the late Woodbury and Ida (Millham) Ring, Barbara was born January 9, 1933 at her home on Elm Street in The Point section of Newport, RI.
