The Newport Fire & Police Departments will be assisting Santa Claus to tour the neighborhoods of Newport on Wednesday, December 12th, Thursday, December 13th, Tuesday, December 18th and finishing up on Thursday, December 20th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Santa’s visits are weather dependent, so if there is inclement weather on any night he is scheduled, he will do his very best to complete his visit in that area of the city on the night of Friday, December 16th.
Parents, please make sure that your children are accompanied and that they greet him from the sidewalk and do not enter the roadway. Keep your eyes and ears open for Santa’s approach on the dates listed for your area.
