(VIDEO) Accident on Memorial Blvd. Moped collides with SUV, passengers go over the handle bars

Moped Accident Newport RI Memorial Blvd

On Thursday, March 10th two people on a moped traveling east on Memorial Boulevard were involved in a collision with a northbound SUV. Both passengers on the moped went over the handle bars but, thankfully, did not sustain serious injuries.

Just a quick PSA. The weather is warming up and it’s once again moped weather in Newport, RI. Keep your eyes open!
