Charlie Brown is over the moon—he’s finally scored an invite to Violet’s Halloween party, his first-ever! But before the party, he and the Peanuts crew have big plans: an evening of trick-or-treating. Meanwhile, Snoopy gets into character as the daring WWI flying ace, fully embracing his Halloween persona. But not everyone is joining the spooky festivities. Linus, devoted as ever, will skip the treats and the party to wait in the local pumpkin patch, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Great Pumpkin. Linus is convinced the Great Pumpkin rises from the most “sincere” pumpkin patch and delivers gifts to kids all over the world—a belief that often makes him the butt of jokes from his friends. Sally is torn, too. Will she tag along for her first trick-or-treating adventure and party fun, or join Linus in his hopeful vigil? The choice isn’t easy for her, as the gang gets ready for one memorable Halloween night.
