Rhode Islanders can once again travel freely to New York and Connecticut without quarantine according to Tuesday travel advisory updates from those states
This is based upon a seven day rolling average, of positive tests in excess of 10%, or number of positive cases exceeding 10 per 100,000 residents.
Rhode Island is still on New Jersey’s quarantine list but let’s be honest, no one cares to go to New Jersey!

Hawaii, South Dakota & the Virgin Islands have been added to NY’s coronavirus travel advisory.
Alaska, New Mexico, Ohio and Rhode Island have been removed.
Travelers arriving from 33 states & territories MUST self-quarantine for 14 days.
