We desperately need your help. Today Moses was brought to us by North Providence Animal Control. He was abandoned around August 7, 2015 in the Pet Smart Parking lot, 1386 Atwood Ave in Johnston, RI. We would greatly appreciate anyone having any information as to the owner of this dog to contact us at (401) 438-8150. The RISPCA will offer a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this cowardly act of cruelty.
