The Kraft family and the Patriots will honor more than 300 breast cancer survivors and their care givers during the pregame ceremonies at the Patriots game on October 25th in Foxboro. The survivors will all wear pink and form a huge ribbon on the middle of the field. The game will also feature a $50,000 check presentation from the Kraft family and New England Patriots Charitable Foundation to support the American Cancer Society and breast cancer screenings at the Hilltown Community Health Center of Huntington, Mass.
Jennifer Moniz-Mays is a two year breast cancer survivor from Middletown. She’s done her job by fighting this horrible disease and it’s now our job to share this post far and wide to get the attention of the Patriots organization so we can get Jennifer on the field!!!
