Lamar Odom, the former basketball star at the University of Rhode Island, professional basketball player and husband of Khloe Kardashian was found unresponsive on the floor of a Nevada brothel and was transported to a nearby hospital.
Odom checked into the famous Love Ranch on Saturday, and was found unconscious in his room by two members of the staff Tuesday morning after days of partying.
According to TMZ – the women went into Odom’s room in the VIP suites and found him unconscious and called 911.
The manager rolled Lamar over on his side and saw “mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth.”
An ambulance took Lamar to Pahrump Hospital (he was too tall to fit in the airlift helicopter), where doctors intubated him. He has remained in a coma after suffering what is believed to be multiple strokes.
Multiple reports indicate that Odom had cocaine, opiates, alcohol and Viagra in his system.
The Kardashian family, including his wife Khloe and mother’s in law Kris and Caitlyn Jenner have rallied to his bedside as have LA Laker Superstar Kobe Bryant and the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
