Local tech company honored by Northrop Grumman with an Enterprise Supplier Award

Drupal Connect, the Newport, RI based tech company, announced Thursday that it has been awarded the prestigious “Competitive Advantage” award as part of the 2016 Northrop Grumman Enterprise Supplier Recognition Award.

John Florez, President and CEO of Drupal Connect, said the company was honored to receive the accolade. “Winning this award is a testament to the quality of service that we pride ourselves on delivering,” Florez said.

Drupal Connect is a technical services company that offers staffing services, Web design and support, and mobile app development.

This is the first year of Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Supplier Recognition Program, which recognizes suppliers that demonstrate overall exceptional performance and create value through product and service innovation, quality, cost savings, supplier diversity, and sustainability, according to the company.

Headquartered in Newport, Rhode Island, Drupal Connect is a full-service Drupal firm with a nationwide presence offering Drupal development, training and staffing services. The company is engaged in projects worldwide with more than 400 clients, including Sony Music Entertainment, Waste Management Inc., General Electric Co., A&E, the New York Stock Exchange, NBC Universal, Stanford University and the Carter Foundation, in addition to Northrop Grumman Corp.
