House Minority Leader Patricia Morgan has officially announced her candidacy for Governor of Rhode Island. Morgan is the first Republican to announce a bid for Governor in an attempt to unseat Governor Gina Raimondo.
Morgan took to Facebook Monday morning to make the announcement official.
