Pearl Jam took to the stage at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City on Wednesday night for their first public performance of 2015. The rock n roll legends decided to pay a visit to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert since they were already in NYC to headline the Global Citizen Festival which takes place this Saturday night in Central Park.
Pearl Jam played a brilliant version of “Mind Your Manners” and then took everyone by surprise when they launched into a cover of Neil Young’s “Rockin In The Free World” with guest vocals from Stephen Colbert .
