Over the past few weeks, the Middletown Police Department has responded to several calls in the Boulevard and Miantonomi Avenue regarding a suspicious male who has been looking into yards and may have taken a photograph of a child using his cell phone. The callers have reported the individual as an older white male with “striking gray hair.”
Police have increased their patrols in the area and have also been utilizing plain clothes details in an attempt to locate and identify this person.
