Newport Buzz Emergency Broadcasting System: We have a missing kitty in the Kay Blvd area!!!

Alright folks we have a missing kitty on the loose. Brewer is a very large grey domestic shorthair and he’s been on the run since Friday morning in the Kay Blvd area (Barbara Street).

So what I’m going to need from everyone in Newport and Middletown is to drop everything you’re doing at this exact moment and hit the streets looking because this fur ball has three sad kiddos at home who won’t be able to eat Thanksgiving dinner until he comes back!

Our fugitive has been on the run for 12 hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of 48 miles but no way this fraidy cat has left the island and reports tell us that Brewer doesn’t have an EZPass . What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at 50 miles miles.
