Calvin Febles, the Festival Field shooter, was arrested Thursday night around 8pm by members of the US Marshal/RISP violent fugitive task force, Fall River Police, Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force and Newport Police departments. Authorities located Febles hiding inside 2990 North Main Street, Fall River, MA.
The residence and occupants were secured and Febles was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Fall River Police Department and held as a fugitive from justice from RI. The warrant for Febles is for Felony Assault, Discharge of a Firearm while Committing a Crime of Violence, Firing in a Compact Area, and License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol.
