A 19-year-old woman died in a crash overnight in Newport after the vehicle she was traveling in hit a utility pole wire, a tree, and then a stone pillar in the area of Brenton and Wickham Roads.
The accident occured at 12:50am. The vehicle was occupied by 5 individuals whose names and addresses have not been released due to the ongoing investigation.
