Archetype Pizza (old Via Via) is being evicted

Well that didn’t take long. Archetype Pizza is being evicted from their Thames Street location according to court documents taped to their front door.

According to the documents, a judgement for $19,000 was awarded to the landlords on February 25, 2019.

The pizza business opened in May 2018 after Via Via was evicted for not paying $88,000 in rent. Via Via was in business for 20 years.

I have a thought. Maybe the rent is a bit too high down there. Who knows, I could be wrong but probably not.

Oh and if you’re looking for pizza, I recommend Karma Pizza Company which is just down the street at 446 Thames Street.
