Margaret Biello (Maggie), a dedicated and hardworking CNA for 30+ years, wife, mother, and grandmother, has recently been diagnosed with Brown-Sequard Syndrome (B.S.S.). B.S.S. is a rare disorder caused by an injury to the spine, where the affected person typically loses their senses, and becomes paralyzed. https://rarediseases.org/
Maggie had a critical and life threatening surgery on November 10th to biopsy a mass INSIDE OF HER SPINAL CORD! During the attempt to remove the mass, a second, inoperable mass was discovered.
Please consider attending the spaghetti dinner being held in her honor ( tickets are $15) to help raise money for a needed 13 step chair lift along with medical bills not covered by insurance. All of the proceeds from the dinner and raffles will be going to these expenses.
