Alright folks we have black lab on the loose. Kylo is a very friendly black lab with a white spot on his chest and he’s been on the run since Saturday morning in the East/West Main Road Area.
So what I’m going to need from everyone in Newport and Middletown is to drop everything you’re doing at this exact moment and hit the streets looking!
Our fugitive has been on the run for 2 hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of 8 miles. What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at 20 miles miles.
