Alright folks we have an orange tabby cat with white markings loose on the streets of Newport. Dallas is friendly and fixed but he’s not wearing a collar. He’s been on the run all day.
So what I’m going to need from everyone in the Broadway/Rhode Island Avenue neighborhood is to drop everything you’re doing at this exact moment and hit the streets looking.
Our fugitive has been on the run for five hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of twenty miles. What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and cathouse in that area.
