Alright folks we have a missing pup on the loose in Portsmouth from King Phillip St & Narragansett Blvd.
DO NOT CHASE. His name is Bear and he has been missing since June 6th.
So what I’m going to need from everyone in Portsmouth is to drop everything you’re doing at this exact moment and hit the streets looking!
Our fugitive has been on the run for 24 hours. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of 96 miles (not good). What I want out of each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse, boathouse, gatehouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up every 30 miles miles.
Your fugitive’s name is Bear. Go get him!
