‘SENTOSA,’ A MAGNIFICENT WATERFRONT RETREAT, SELLS FOR $5.175 MILLION

Following up on its recent record sale of Fairholme for over $15 million, Lila Delman Real Estate International announced the sale of Sentosa, a waterfront property at 791 Indian Avenue in Middletown, for $5.175 million. This represents the highest sale for a home in Middletown in the past 18 months.

Built in 2009, Sentosa features 6000 sq. ft. of living space, multiple fireplaces, an elevator, and stunning views. Melanie Delman and Alyce Wright of Lila Delman Real Estate International represented the sellers in this transaction.

“This home was thoughtfully designed with exquisite detailing, and the views of the Sakonnet and the Narragansett Bay are incredible,” said Melanie Delman, President of Lila Delman Real Estate International. “In a time of concerns about market fluctuations and foreign markets, luxury real estate continues to hold its own, and command value.”

According to recent data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the eighth residential sale in excess of $5 million in Middletown since 2000. Notably, Lila Delman Real Estate International has been involved with all eight of these sales, as Lila Delman Real Estate International represented every seller and also brought five of the buyers of these luxury properties.
