The Pier Restaurant is for sale for $5.95 million

The Pier Restaurant has been listed for sale for $5,950,000. The 8,000 square foot popular downtown Newport, RI waterfront restaurant was built in 1963 and seats more than 500.

This iconic restaurant features two outdoor patio seating areas, two indoor dining areas, with a total seating capacity of 556 and is being sold with the parking lot.
