Tom Brady Signs Contract Extension With The Patriots Through 2019

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots have agreed on a two-year contract extension that keeps him in a Patriots uniform through the 2019 season.

Brady turns 39 in August, so his new 2-year extension will have him in New England until he’s 42 years old.

Brady has two years left on his contract, paying him $9 million in 2016 and $10 million in 2017. Details of the extension haven’t been made public but this is expected to open up immediate salary cap space for the Pats.
