Tyrese Poulsen, the prime suspect in the murder of Maximus Julian, has turned himself into the Newport Police Department and will arraigned today, Thursday, June 3rd, in Newport County District Court.
Poulsen and Jamal Reid were both arraigned Thursday in 1st Division District Court and ordered held without bail.
