Dolly Parton made a surprise appearance at the 2019 Newport Folk Festival and absolutely blew the doors off the place.

The icon took the sage and greet the audience with,, ““Me and Rhode Island have a lot in common.  We’re little, but we’re loud, and we do big things!”
