1 – Restaurant Week Extended at Hotel Viking – through November 30th
Due to the immense popularity of their Restaurant Week menu, One Bellevue at Hotel Viking has decided to extend Restaurant Week through the end of November.
2 – Newport Harbor Illuminated Boat Parade – (Friday 6:15pm)
18 boats and counting we be parading through the harbor on Friday night. Boats congregate at the causeway Newport Shipyard, then travel south into the channel past Bowen’s Wharf and the other wharves.
3 – Reggae Fridays at Tavern On Broadway with Cameron & The Trenton Street Collaborative (Friday – 9pm)
Come check out one of Rhode Island’s premier reggae acts performing roots reggae, modern reggae and dub at one of Newport, RI’s hottest new venues.
4 – Live Music At One Bellevue At Hotel Viking With Zan Ricky (Friday 7pm)
5 – Black Friday with Lenny Lashleys Gang of One, Skinny Millionaires, & Mickey Rickshaw at Jimmy’s Saloon (Friday 9pm)
Rock Legend Lennly Lashley, singer of such punk rock greats Darkbuster and Street Dogs, comes to Newport to reunite with Skinny Millionaires and special guests Mickey Rickshaw and We Own Land So when you’re done buying crap this Bleak Friday, save some bucks for a pint and sing “Hey Ho” along with the hooligans from Boston, and the kings of Newport.
6 – Live Jazz at Greenvale Vineyards (Saturday 1pm -4pm)
What has great wine, a fun crowd, and live music? Greenvale Vineyards does every Saturday afternoon through December 13th!
The whole family is welcome, even leashed pets. No reservations necessary, just stop on by! Feel free to pack a picnic!
7 – Live Music At One Bellevue At Hotel Viking With The Travis Colby Band (Saturday 7pm)
One Bellevue is making a huge push in the live music scene in Newport, RI with live music every Tuesday – Saturday.
8 – 80’s Night at Norey’s Star Restaurant (Saturday – 7pm)
Each and every Saturday night Norey’s plays all of your favorite 80’s music videos. Each week this ends up becoming absolute sing-along dance-a-thon.
9 – Sunday Brunch
- Brunch at Tavern on Broadway (10am – 2pm) The price of your entree includes a bloody, a mimosa or the drink of your choice!!!
10 – (GAME OF THE WEEK!!!) Patriots (10-0) vs. Broncos (8-2) (Sunday 8:30pm)
- Tavern on Broadway turns the volume all the way up on their flat screens and has an amazing football munchies menu.
- Nikolas Pizza runs a great deal. A large one topping pizza, a dozen wings and 60oz pitcher of beer or sangria for $21.95. Full volume on the tv’s and the direct tv package.
