1 – Heavy Seas Rare And Limited Edition Tap Take Over At Norey’s (All week 4pm – 1am)
Heavy Seas founder Hugh Sisson will be in town to kick off Heavy Seas week at Norey’s Star Restaurant on Friday, November 13th. They will be tapping 10 rare and extremely limited Heavy Seas brews at 4pm and Hugh will be answering questions and swapping stories at 6pm. Stop by to try some special one offs and grab a souvenir glass!
2 – Reggae Fridays at Tavern On Broadway with Natural Element (Friday – 9pm)
Come check out one of Rhode Island’s premier reggae acts performing roots reggae, modern reggae and dub at one of Newport, RI’s hottest new venues.
3 – Live Music At One Bellevue At Hotel Viking With The Travis Colby Band (Friday 7pm)
One Bellevue is making a huge push in the live music scene in Newport, RI with live music every Tuesday – Saturday.
4 – Harvest Fare At Greenvale Vineyards (Saturday 1pm – 4pm)
The 16th Annual Harvest Festival is held to celebrate the completion of the annual grape harvest. Everyone is welcome to attend; the celebration is open to the public. General Admission is $3 per person. In addition guests are welcome to taste at $12, buy wine by the glass $7-$9 or simply enjoy the day’s activities.
Greenvale will host live music by Dick Lupino and friends. In addition, the celebration will include tractor rides and walking tours along with tastings of Greenvale Vineyards’ award winning, estate grown wines! The event runs from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
5 – An Evening For Ellie at The Elks Lodge (Saturday 4pm)
Together as a community let’s help life long Aquidneck island residents, the Downes (Aull) family raise funds for their baby girl Elleona Remy Downes. Ellie was born in march and was diagnosis with a rare brain disorder called Aicardi syndrome at just 2 months old. There will be a Spaghetti dinner along with silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and Chinese raffle!!! All funds raised will go to help the family directly with mounting expenses. Tickets will be available for purchase for $15 each children 5 and under are free!!!!
6 – One Bellevue at Hotel Viking’s Three-Course Restaurant Week Special (5pm – 10pm) $35
Flavor and freshness define One Bellevue – One of the best Newport, RI restaurants located at The Hotel Viking. Culinary seafood classics from the bounty of New England and beyond are being created anew at our Newport restaurant. Dinner is graciously served by attentive professionals and the popular menus showcase fresh ingredients from the land and sea that are sustainable and locally-sourced whenever possible.
