A two-year-old child who was playing in shallow water was attacked by an alligator and dragged into a lake at the Disney World Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Orlando, FL Wednesday evening.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, authorities said the child was dragged into the Seven Seas Lagoon around 9:30pm.
Deputies were searching the waters and put crime-scene tape around area to block it off. Multiple emergency vehicles were on scene as helicopters searched from above.
The child, whose name was not available, has not been found as of midnight. –
