The Coast Guard suspended the search Friday for Linda and Nathan Carman after searching for six days and exhausting all search efforts.
Initially, at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Coast Guard watchstanders at Sector Southeastern New England received a report that 54-year-old Linda Carman and her 22-year-old son Nathan Carman failed to return from an offshore fishing trip.
