Dorian James Murray, 8 years old, of Brandywine Dr. in Westerly passed away Tuesday night at his home in the arms of his loving parents.
Dorian leaves behind his mother Melissa Doty Murray; father Christopher Murray; stepmother Kristy Rebello Murray; and a sister Isabella Murray. He also leaves maternal grandparents, Jacqueline Doty, Robert Doty, Cheryl Doty; and paternal grandparents, Sharon Murray, James Murray and Jean Murray. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Dorian was an inspiration of strength and courage to many. He was wise beyond his years and brightened the lives of everyone he met. Dorian’s loving spirit and personality will be deeply missed by his parents and he will be greatly missed and loved not only by his community but worldwide. His legacy of #Dstrong will forever remain in our hearts.
Funeral services and burial are respectfully private.
The family will be hosting a candle lit vigil at a time to be announced in the near future for all to come and show their love and support for Dorian and his loved ones.
